Mobiclean Diesel Particulate Filter for Rail Applications from |200 – 5000 kW

The exhaust gas purification system “Mobiclean”, developed by Hug Engineering AG, is especially designed for all types of rail vehicles and can be fitted easily. Mobiclean complies with future emission standards in the rail industry.

The "mobiclean" particulate filter family performs reliably even under the most extreme conditions (such as shunting strokes, dust, vibrations and extreme temperatures) and requires very little maintenance with operation cost kept to a minimum.

The regeneration of particulates takes place in the existing housing of the silencer so no extra installation is required.

The size of the installation depends primarily on the power of the engine. There is a selection of burners available to ascertain regeneration under all conditions. As an option, a DeNOx System can be added. Thanks to the SCR process the dangerous nitrogen oxides (NOx), carbon monoxides (CO) and hydro carbons (HC) are significantly reduced.
